laptop keeps shutting down i hit a wrong key how do i get it to working again?
i hit f2 or some other key laptop shuts down as soon as i turn it on. if it does come on its checking fat32 file. i got to get into control panel to go to last working update but now my wireless connection will not work. laptop shuts down when i try to connect.
turn it on and imediately start pressing the f8 key. when the start up menu appears, choose the ” start windows in safe mode” option. When safe mode begins, it gives you the option to do a system restore. Choose yes and restore your computer to a time you’re computer was normal.
