Can I find out what RAM my laptop previously had?
I recently had my laptop fixed. However, I’m sure it used to have 1gb ram and not it is only showing 504mb. I havent got anything to prove it used to have 1gb though, and I’m not sure if it would have been taken out by the repair shop or if it has come loose.
Is there any way to tell historically what RAM my laptop has had in? Its a samsung V25 but the full model number has rubbed off the back
Try going to www.crucial.com, very helpful website that helped me find out what type of ram my pc used. No Im not a advertiser advertising the site, Im a human (hello) and its a safe site. You just go there put in the brand of your PC (like version type and etc, simple stuff) and you’ll find out its capacities, what type of ram it uses and etc. Njoy!
