rundll32.exe is infected please help!!?
HELP! my friend is suffering from this virus or thinks what it is. The computer couldn’t run cmd, or could even go on the internet nor anything, we’ve tried all possible ways, going into safe modes, and trying to locate where and how to fix the rundll32.exe infected files but no help, if anyone could help us fix this problem then that would be very amazing. We also dont have an anti virus nor a disk to fix any of these. computer is running on windows 7 starter and its a toshiba mini notebook. help!
System restore or repair install is best option, i guess.
