how to complaint about failure to deliver promised laptop bag from sales exectives side?
i had purchased a laptop from dell ,the sales executive promised me a backpack for the laptop but instead deliverde me a seperate one,when enquired he said he will arrange for the proper delivery or cashback,but now no response, i have a n email stating his promise together with the picture of the bag in discussion.i want o complaint to consumer court about this misbehaviour done by the sales executive.
