How to shut off my laptop screen?
I have my laptop hooked up to my 46 1080p samsung but how do I shut off my laptop display its a Acer running vista. When I set the display 1920 by 1080 on my laptop it won’t let my tv go to 1080??
Click the little Power icon in the lower right corner (the little battery) and then choose the option(right above) More Power Options! Then on the left side you will see a list of options, choose: Choose when to turn off the display! Then you have setting how to change it while charging and while on the battery! There you can choose for how many minutes you would like your display to turn off! Hope I helped!
