i’m using acer travelmate 4150, my laptop just off when i want to re-install my windows. Why is it happen???
becqause you have made in the past a full format of your hard drive , this is the fault , because when you do a full format in an acer hard drive you erase the hidden partition of instalation , now you must visit a repair shot to fix them
