Where is the WIFI antenna of the Laptop/Notebook?
I’m using a laptop computer now and often experience poor wifi signals so i really wanna know where is the wifi antenna of my notebook so that i can try to improve the signals by preventing my stuffs from blocking the signal.
I’m using a Acer Aspire 4710 notebook but it does’nt matter if you’re using another brand one
Your question is a good one. For most, the WIFI antenna is built into the computer. It is because of that most people have horrible range and signal strength. As a result lots of people have to buy and spend a lot of money on routers cards and computers components. There are $100 computers that have ears that have far better reception than the most expensive computers simply because they have “ears” on the side of the computer screen. Those computers, while inexpensive kick butt on the most expensive computers. Just why computer companies refuse to adopt this simple technology is beyond me. Everyone understands the antenna should be out the outside right-only the man upstairs knows who man refuses to to do it and put it inside his computer
