where can i get the xp drivers for the gateway mt6458 notebook, to downgrade from vista to xp? ?
Go to the manufactures web sites (ATI, Intel, Marvel) to find the drivers for the integrated hardware devices. Or go to gateway site also listed in my sources. A new XP install disk w/sp3 likely has most of the drivers built in. XP may not detect your wirelss network card correctly.
Sometimes, you can find sellers of the OEM XP disks on ebay. You might also contact a laptop seller on ebay or craigslist and offer to buy the OEM XP disk.
